Refund Policy

Clear policy for service payments and refunds.

1) Service nature

Many SDS services involve time, strategy, design and implementation work. Once work begins, the service is considered in progress.

2) Eligibility

  • If work has not started, a refund may be considered after deducting payment gateway/processing charges (if any).
  • If work has started, refunds (if any) are determined based on completed work and committed resources.
  • Third‑party purchases (domains, hosting, paid tools) are non‑refundable from SDS if those providers do not refund.

3) Delays & non‑cooperation

If project progress is delayed due to missing content, approvals or access from the client, refunds are generally not applicable for time already spent.

4) How to request

Request a refund via our Contact page with your invoice reference, project name, and reason. We may ask for clarifications to assess the request.

5) Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where feasible. Processing time can vary by payment provider.
