Project scope, timelines, deliverables and pricing are confirmed via proposal, invoice, or written communication. Any change requests may affect timelines and cost.
3) Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have rights to any content you provide (images, logos, copy).
- Maintain access credentials securely and share only with authorized people.
4) Payments
Payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) are specified on invoices/proposals. Work may pause if payments are delayed.
5) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. SDS may retain the right to display non-confidential work in a portfolio.
6) Third‑party tools
Some services may rely on third‑party tools (hosting, messaging platforms, analytics). Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for third‑party outages or policy changes.
7) Warranties & limitations
Services are provided on a best‑effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8) Termination
Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Completed work up to the termination date may be billed according to the agreed structure.
